Introduction
SpinetiX ARYA™ is a cloud-based visual communication solution, easy to use and accessible from anywhere from a browser from any device (PC, tablet, smartphone) and at any time. The carefully crafted templates with animations and transitions will show off what’s on sale, opening hours, person showcase, news, menu weather and more.
SpinetiX ARYA evolves with your needs. Its true SaaS (Software as a Service) nature means new exciting features are always added and a suite of advanced capabilities can be unlocked depending on the way your requirements grow. See the Key Features.
All you need to get started is a SpinetiX ARYA cloud account, a compatible digital signage player, and any digital display.

SpinetiX ARYA™ comes with different subscription plans:
- DISCOVERY (free)
- PREMIUM
- ENTERPRISE
DISCOVERY
This is the no-cost solution designed specifically for individual users looking to explore digital signage without the financial commitment. This plan grants access to essential CMS features, making it an ideal entry point for those diving into the world of digital displays.
With ARYA Discovery, users receive 1 GB of cloud storage dedicated to content hosting, ensuring secure storage and easy access to images, videos, and PDF files. Additionally, 9 professionally designed templates are included, catering to both horizontal and vertical screen orientations, offering a starting point for content creation.
Users can add an unlimited number of screens to their account, providing flexibility to expand their digital signage network as needed.
ENTERPRISE
This is the recommended way when you are looking for professional digital signage management to set up the solid technical foundations of your signage infrastructure. SpinetiX ARYA Enterprise is a corporate powerhouse, complete with features like:
- unlimited number of users, with permission management,
- 10 GB of cloud storage per player,
- 12 customizable templates, including alert and overlay templates,
- support for audio files/playlists and displaying HTML5 pages,
- content/player/user tags,
- priority scheduling and content smart-sync,
- easy video wall setup with the iBX440 player
- player monitoring and reporting, Audit Trail logs,
- advanced content integrations with Elementi software (requires DSOS license or an extended Enterprise plan)
- additional paid options: Single Sign-On (SSO) and Batch Setup.
This is a paid subscription, per player, billed annually through our global ecosystem of SpinetiX partners.
It is also possible to go for one of the following extended Enterprise plans to streamline the management and deployment of DSOS licenses on all your players:

- ENTERPRISE KIOSK
- ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS
By simply adding a player to your ARYA account empowered with one of these extended Enterprise plans, that player will automatically receive the corresponding DSOS license.
PREMIUM
This subscription plan is an extension of the DISCOVERY plan, where some of the Enterprise features can be activated with a monthly credit-card payment. You get more templates, including alert and overlay templates, support for audio files and playlists, content/player tags, priority scheduling, content smart sync, player monitoring and reporting. You can also invite more users into your account and assign them specific access rights.
Users and accounts
In ARYA, users and accounts are two separate entities.
- Account is like a container, a workspace, or a team. Each account is a separate entity that can hold various resources, players, and one or more users. An account is typically used to manage and organize these resources for a specific project, department, or client.
- Users are individuals who have access to one or more accounts. Each user has their own set of credentials (username and password) and permissions that determine what they can do within an account.
Relationship:
- One Account, One User: As soon as you sign up into ARYA, your user is automatically added into a DISCOVERY account.
- One Account, Multiple Users: An ENTERPRISE or PREMIUM account can have multiple users associated with it. For example, a project account might have several team members, each with their own user credentials, who can access and work within that account.
- One User, Multiple Accounts: A single user can be part of multiple accounts. For instance, a user might be involved in several projects, each with its own account, and they can switch between these accounts as needed.
Sign up
Signing up for an ARYA user/account is free and takes only a few minutes. Follow these steps:
- Open SpinetiX ARYA™ web portal (https://arya.spinetix.cloud/) in your browser.
- Click the "SIGN UP" button to open the sign-up form.
- Enter your details: email, password, first and last name.
- The password must be 8 or more characters long, with uppercase, lowercase, number and special characters.
- Click the "SIGN UP" button.
- An email with an authentication code is sent to the provided email address from no-reply@spinetix.cloud.
- Sometimes the email might end up in the Junk/Spam folder; if so, please mark it as not junk/spam so that further emails from SpinetiX cloud don't end up there. In Outlook, you should also check the "Other" folder (next to "Focused").
- Enter the 6-digit code received by email under the verification code field.
- Click the "SIGN UP" button.
- Download and read the "Terms of Service" document.
- Click the "ACCEPT" button.
Invite and remove users
A user with the administrator role in an ENTERPRISE or PREMIUM account can invite other users into their ARYA account or remove them.
- If there is no user associated with the provided email, then one is automatically created and an invitation email containing the temporary credentials is sent. Next, you should assign permissions for your newly-added user as appropriate to their role; by default, a new user will have no permission.
- To remove a user, simply click on the X button next to that user.
- An user can also leave an account, if other users are left in there, otherwise the account must be deleted instead.
