Troubleshooting
Large text labels
- Before Elementi 2016, the text labels might appear larger than normal on high resolution screens due to Windows text scaling. To overcome this, you need to do the following changes in your Windows account:
- Change resolution from 4K to Full HD.
- Change text scale to 100%.
- Log out and then log back into your user account.
- Starting with Elementi 2016, the application is "DPI Aware" to run correctly on high resolution monitors; while better support for high DPI (4K) displays was added in Elementi 2018.
