Changes
- Elementi no longer uses Bonjour (mDNS) as an additional method to discover players in the local network, because the Bonjour service on Windows is no longer maintained by Apple and recent Windows versions emit Windows Defender alerts about Bonjour. Player discovery now relies on UPnP exclusively, so users should ensure that network discovery is enabled on Windows for player discovery to work. UPnP has been used as the primary player discovery method since Elementi 4.3.0 and players support UPnP discovery since DSOS 4.2.0.
- The Apple Bonjour installer is no longer bundled as part of the Elementi installer, as Bonjour is no longer used; users may uninstall Bonjour if it is not used by other software installed on Windows.
- The Elementi installer is now an MSI file instead of an EXE file.
Fixes
- The weather widget's location search was no longer working following a Google API behavior change.
- Fixed issue where SharePoint news failed to display all images when the site contained more than 100 document libraries.
